Water Spirit

Shimmering in ripples of silver light, in waves of green algea and lotus blossoms, darting beneath the lilly pads -
The fins of a fish? The curling frond of a water plant? The reflection of a butterfly's rainbowed wing?
I doubt what I saw... if I saw anything. Hypnotized by the glittering sunlight, eased by the cool breeze, lulled by the fresh scent. I suppose I need a nap.
